How information is handled
When you contact us or request an assessment, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, company or organisation, project details, building location and any photographs or documents you choose to provide.

We do not sell personal information. Where required to progress an enquiry, relevant information may be shared with authorised Forti Nova personnel, system manufacturers, professional advisers or suitable approved contractors, subject to the project and appropriate controls.
Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used to protect information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No internet transmission or storage method can be represented as completely risk-free.
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, restriction, objection, portability or deletion of your personal data. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
