What we do
Condition survey first. Specification second.
We carry out commercial flat roof surveys, produce written condition reports, and specify refurbishment, repair or replacement based on what the survey actually finds.
We work with facilities managers, property owners, local authorities and procurement teams across Lancashire, Greater Manchester and the wider North West. Commercial and industrial only.
The technical background runs from hands-on contracting since 2012 through to direct manufacturer relationships, import capability, and a training programme for contractors and merchant staff.
