Finished domestic flat roof

Domestic flat-roof systems

Domestic flat roofing with EPDM and MonoSeal.

EPDM can suit straightforward roof areas. MonoSeal can suit roofs with complex details and transitions. We recommend the system after reviewing the roof condition, substrate, drainage and intended use.

Choose the system from the roof condition.

A meaningful recommendation starts below the visible surface.

01

Roof geometry

Large, open and uncomplicated areas often suit EPDM. Numerous outlets, penetrations and transitions can favour seamless MonoSeal.

02

Existing condition

The covering is only one layer. Deck stability, trapped moisture, falls and existing details must be understood first.

03

Finished use

A garage roof, warm extension roof and balcony do not ask the same things of a waterproofing system.

04

Repair or renewal

A local defect may justify repair. Widespread failure, wet insulation or a poor deck changes the scope completely.

Problem first

Leaking does not automatically mean replacing.

Recurring leaks
Failed seams or details
Ponding water
Punctures and damage
Rotten or unstable deck
Ageing previous covering

Written warranty terms

Confirmed for the specified system.

Any warranty offered is subject to the product, substrate, preparation, installation, inspection and written project terms.
